New Services For Churches

Many churches and individuals from around the state have wanted to move their checking accounts to the credit union but did not have a convenient way to make deposits. A solution has been found in the cooperative spirit of credit unions that display the above logo. This new service, we call Shared Branching, allows you local access to your Florida Baptist Credit Union account. Once you become a member of Florida Baptist, you can obtain the personal financial service you expect at any of the more than 170 participating credit union service centers across Florida. Using a shared branch facility is just like being served by our staff, but right in your own hometown.

To participate, a church needs to only notify the credit union of the desire to use this service so we can provide the commercial account procedures and the deposit tickets necessary. For natural person members, like you and I, all you need is to be a member of Florida Baptist Credit Union and to furnish proper identification at the facility you use. For both churches and individuals, Shared Branching provides a place where local, in-person deposits can be made. As an individual you can conduct Deposit/Withdrawal/Cash Check transactions and much more.

There are no extra fees assessed to take advantage of this great service. It’s just another added benefit of being a Florida Baptist Credit Union member. So, if you or your church is interested in doing your financial business with Florida Baptist, we have made it easy. To locate a participating credit union service center near you visit www.cuservicecenter.com or gives us a call. We’ll be happy to assist you.
