We are excited to introduce ADAM, Florida Baptist Credit Union's 24-hour telephone teller system! Now members can reach accounts anytime day or night. In effect, ADAM puts a teller in your home, office, car or anywhere there is a touch-tone telephone.

With ADAM (Account Direct Access Method) you can:

Tell me more about Adam
  • Check your share and loan balances
  • Make check withdrawals
  • Transfer funds
  • Make loan payments
  • Inquire about cleared drafts
  • Check on deposits and withdrawals
  • Request tax information

To use ADAM, all you need is the following:

  • Your account number as listed on your statement
  • Your personal identification number (PIN)
    If you do not have a PIN, please call today to receive one. Please remember not to share your PIN with anyone.
  • A touch-tone telephone

When you call ADAM, a friendly voice will guide you through your transaction (See transactions for telephone numbers, directions, and phone codes). Changes to your account are made immediately, accurately and confidentially.
